Hi,
some questions:
your housband is living in Germany?
your son is German, of course, but does he has a german passaporte?
you are Argentina? or are you spanish, italian, too?

where do you want to live?
do you have a work in Germany? from which money you will live here?

If I know, I will tell you more.

Greetings,

Peter

Hi, Peter, i wasn´t very clear. We are only travelling for a few wkks. We are living in Argentina and we have our life here.
Me and my son are argentinians and I have a permission from his father to travel outside the country. (In Argentina is an obligation to leave the country with that paper)
What I am not sure is what the german law says. Here it is important the country in which you are born. But as we are not legally divorced I want to be sure that the german law is not going to accept any claims of the father, because he was the one who left the country in which his son was born. I dont know if there is a german legal document that can invalidate the one I have.

Thanx anyway for your help-
